Conditions of Use

1. General
These terms of conditions regulate the relations between Dayu Shop and the customer and are an integrate constituent of each sales contract.

2. Orders and Prices
The prices of products apply on the day of the order entry. Prices are in Swiss Francs, Euro and different other currency, incl. sales tax, without shipping costs.
Charges during money transfers balance in customer's favour.

3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs get calculated additionally in reason of the valuable of the products.
each shipping is with costs.

Surcharges:
- wrong orders of the customer are with costs. 20 Swiss Francs.

4. Shipping
The products will be shipped immediately unless they're in stock(except prepayment), otherwise the customer get an email with the expected delivery date. The terms of delivery at the shop are guidelines and can departure from the actual delivery dates.
For late delivery Dayu Shop disclaim liability.

5. Conditions of payment
The delivery takes place by existenced and new customers by advanced payment or charge forward.

Was the payment declared by advanced payment and the payment doesn't arrive during 15 days after the order on Dayu Shop, is the Dayu Shop qualified to quit the contract without any description of reason. After expiration of payment period the customer is in delay of payment. In case of default Dayu Shop will bill to the customer all the costs and charges.

6. Reservation of proprietary rights
The delivered goods are property of Dayu Shop until the complete payment. In case of default Dayu Shop is qualified to take the goods back and to bill the customer all costs and charges.

7. Terms of retraction
The customer immediately has to check the goods after delivery. Wrong deliveries have to be note withing 5 man-days via e mail. Return consignment available after agreement with the Dayu Shop and it's advices. Dayu Shop only retracts undamaged goods with original packaging. For professional transport the customer is responsible. If the Dayu Shop if responsible for the wrong delivery it will bear the costs for the return consigment and additional delivery.

Subsequent products won't be taken back:
- goods that were not ordered at Dayu Shop
- damaged products (exeption: transport damages)
- not original packaged goods

8. Guarantee
Dayu Shop assures that the goods are delivered in good repair. Cause the products are selfmade it may comes to variations of size and color.
